About the Role:We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Product Growth to own the customer journey from the first click to purchase. You will own everything that happens after the click – landing pages, product discovery, product pages, personalization, pricing, promotions, upsells, cart and checkout – with a clear focus on improving conversion, AOV, revenue and profitability. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining commercial thinking, product and UX intuition, analytics, AI and fast execution. You will lead a small team of 1–2 people and work closely with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Design, Data and Technology.
