Your Role

Melakukan outbound activity ke Apotek baik melalui Chat maupun Call (WhatsApp atau 3CX) Convert outbound activity menjadi success interaction Success interaction yang dimaksud adalah ketika Apotek menjawab telfon atau merespon chat yang dikirim oleh Telesales. Mencatat feedback yang diberikan Apotek pada google sheet yang sudah disediakan dan pada ticketing system (Zoho) Mencatat dan melakukan eskalasi ke tim CS untuk setiap keluhan yang diterima dari Apotek

Requirements

Pengalaman sebelumnya sebagai telesales dalam industri farmasi merupakan nilai tambah. Berorientasi pada target. Resiliensi: Kemampuan untuk menangani penolakan dan tetap mempertahankan sikap positif dalam lingkungan penjualan yang penuh tekanan. Mampu mengelola waktu secara efektif untuk memprioritaskan tugas dan memaksimalkan produktivitas. Memiliki motivasi dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri untuk mencapai tujuan penjualan. Kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dengan berbagai situasi, kepribadian pelanggan, dan strategi penjualan yang berubah-ubah. Keahlian komputer (Kemampuan menggunakan Zoho dan 3CX merupakan nilai tambah)
