Responsibilities
Own quality standards and accountability across all R&D teams Define and enforce quality gates for release readiness Build and maintain test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines Develop testing tools and infrastructure (Python, AWS) Drive quality culture across the engineering organization Travel to the US for team meetings and client engagements Requirements 10+ years as a software developer (backend, DevOps, MLOps, and/or QA) AI-native builder — proven experience building with Claude Code, Claw, or similar AI development tools QA orientation — proven quality-driven mindset, thinks about edge cases and production readiness Embraces change — thrives in fast-moving environments, quick to adopt new tools and approaches Strong Python skills AWS and cloud infrastructure experience Test automation and CI/CD pipeline experience Tech stack: APIs, MongoDB, Grafana, messaging queues Ability to drive standards across teams US travel required Apply for this job
