As Fulfillment and Operations Specialist, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our customers receive world-class service and our operations run seamlessly across both our Shenzhen hub and our Hong Kong logistics operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Fulfillment
- Own the end-to-end order process: from receipt to delivery.
- Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Track shipments and keep systems updated with real-time status.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and trigger restocking proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of movements, returns, and damaged goods.
- Lead periodic audits to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
- Manage inventory and order workflows in Cin7, our primary logistics and inventory platform.
Hong Kong Logistics
- Travel to Hong Kong for at least one week per month to manage our logistics operations there on-site.
- Coordinate shipments, inventory, and logistics partners on the Hong Kong side.
Customer & Partner Liaison
- Be the go-to contact for customers on fulfillment and delivery.
- Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
Data & Process Improvement
- Analyze fulfillment and inventory data to spot inefficiencies.
- Drive improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management, including e-commerce operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
- Fluent English and Chinese, and able to communicate clearly with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Hands-on experience with inventory and order management software. Cin7 experience is strongly preferred.
- Very organized and detail-oriented, able to handle changing priorities and solve problems on your own or with the team.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Shenzhen and able to work from our Guangming office every day.
- Valid Hong Kong travel permit (e.g. EEP with valid endorsement) and willing to travel there about 3 days every two weeks.
