Almetra builds AI computer vision for manufacturing, running on real production lines at customer sites. Our Sales team wins new customers, and our Customer Impact team turns our data into improvement plans on the shop floor. This role connects the two.
You sit in the middle. You know what each customer really needs, make sure Sales and Customer Impact are working toward the same outcome, and keep the account moving forward. You are hands-on enough to step into a technical conversation on site, and you keep the overview across accounts so we see patterns early, not one customer at a time.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of manufacturing accounts, with a clear view of what each customer really needs and where they are heading
- Connect Sales and Customer Impact across the account lifecycle, from handover after signing through to renewal and expansion
- Translate customer goals into clear priorities for Customer Impact, and customer signals into opportunities for Sales
- Step in hands-on where it matters, from technical discussions with plant teams to unblocking a stuck rollout
- Spot patterns across customers and bring them to Product, Engineering and leadership
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering or technical account management, ideally in manufacturing or industrial software
- Enough manufacturing and technical understanding to hold your own with plant managers and engineers
- Commercial awareness: you understand how accounts grow and work naturally alongside Sales
- The ability to keep the big picture across many accounts while still diving into the details when needed
- Fluent English and willingness to travel to customer sites; German is a strong plus
