What You’ll Do (First 12 Months)
- Ship critical product features end-to-end using React and Python.
- Prototype and productionise RAG pipelines over millions of documents and financial models.
- Help develop research agents and slide deck/document generation agents.
- Uphold our high bar for security, building compliant systems for highly regulated data.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for building: You’ve created impressive projects at university, during internships, or in your spare time and can explain the trade-offs you made.
- Curiosity about AI & LLMs: You’re excited to experiment with new models and push their limits.
- Full-stack mindset: Comfortable diving into both TypeScript and Python code, even if you’re stronger in one area today.
- Ownership: You thrive in ambiguous environments, seek out problems, and drive them to resolution.
- Product sense: You care about user experience and enjoy talking to users to understand pain points.
- Learning velocity: You pick up new tools and concepts quickly—whether that’s Docker, cloud services, or vector databases.
