This is a great opportunity to lead strategic initiatives at a global scale. What you will be doing:Manage all global treasury operations, including developing, enhancing, and implementing treasury policies and procedures, compliance, and internal controlsManage daily cash operations, ensuring sufficient funds are available to support financial obligations, and reporting across multiple currenciesDevelop cash flow forecasts under an appropriate cadence to identify any deviations to budgetManage timely establishment and maturity of letters of credit / guaranteesLead financial risk management of global commercial insurance programs, foreign exchange and interest rate riskLead all global banking services, including corporate travel and purchase credit cardsManage all banking relationships and treasury technology infrastructureLead all investment activities to maximize returns while maintaining acceptable risk levelsManage required credit facility reporting, including covenant compliance reportingManage commercial insurance renewals with brokers, maintain current Certificates of Insurance (COI) internally and with third parties, and partner with internal departments to understand current and future risk management requirementsStay current on financial industry trends, market conditions, regulations, and best practices, to continuously improve processes and drive efficienciesPartner with the Company’s Internal Audit Manager to document and enhance the Company’s Order to Cash and Treasury / Risk Management control environments to ensure Sarbanes Oxley (“SOX”) compliance requirementsContribute to a business climate and culture that encourages integrity, respect, excellence and innovation Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the function or the business
