Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end development of advanced defense systems from the requirements, architecture, and design through all phases to mass production readiness • Lead system integration and test activities internally and with third-party strategic partners • Perform system performance analysis and modeling • Manage system interfaces and dependencies • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies • Ensure compliance with relevant military standards and regulations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, software, hardware, and test • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members and lead projects with strategic partners Desired Skills • Minimum of 7 relevant years of experience in systems engineering for multi-disciplinary advanced defense systems • Strong understanding of system engineering principles and methodologies • Experience with requirements management and configuration management tools • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (if required) Fill form to apply
