Description
Founded in 2002, AU10TIX is a global leader in AI-driven identity verification and management, protecting the world’s largest brands against advanced fraud. Our future-proof product portfolio helps businesses provide frictionless customer onboarding and verification in 4–8 seconds, while staying ahead of emerging threats and evolving regulatory requirements. As a Software TL, You'll lead a team of 6 engineers across web, mobile and backend, and report to the Director of Development. It's a hands-on leadership role: you own the team's delivery and its people, and you stay close enough to the code to make good technical calls.
What you'll do
- Lead, grow and manage a team of six engineers across web, mobile and backend
- Own delivery end to end: plan, prioritize and get features to customers on time, together with product and QA
- Run our feature delivery process from PRD to release, so work is tested as it's built and ships when it's ready
- Set the technical direction for our SDKs, console and capture services, together with the Architect Office
- Raise the quality bar: test coverage, monitoring and code review.
- Drive an AI-first way of working in how the team writes, tests and reviews code
- Work with product, support and customers on issues and escalations Requirements
- 7+ years in software development, with at least 2 years leading a team
- An AI-first approach: you use AI tools every day in your own work, and you know how
- to get a team working the same way, from code to tests to reviews
- Deep understanding of testing and quality: test design, unit, component and end-toend tests, and building quality in from the start rather than checking it at the end
- Strong critical thinking: you question assumptions, ask why before how, and back decisions with data
- Hands-on background in at least one of: React on the web, mobile (native iOS or Android, Flutter or React Native), or backend services in Node.js or Python
- Experience building SDKs or products used directly by customers or other developers
- A track record of delivering to dates and managing priorities across product, QA and other teams
- Experience with CI/CD and cloud environments, ideally Azure and Kubernetes Nice to have
- Mobile SDK experience: iOS, Android, Flutter or React Native
- Experience with camera and image capture on web or mobile
- Background in identity verification, fraud prevention or fintech
