STT GDC opened its first South Korean facility in Gasan-dong, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, in June 2026: up to 30MW IT load across about 40,000 sqm gross floor area, run as a 60-40 joint venture with Hyosung Heavy Industries. Design PUE is stated below 1.3 and the building is LEED Gold certified.
