Google announced a $15bn Missouri infrastructure investment centred on a data center campus at New Florence, Montgomery County, on 21 May 2026. Google will add more than 1 GW of new generation in the state, including 500 MW with Ameren Missouri, and says the site uses advanced air cooling to minimise water use.
