Corscale appointed McLaren Construction and Phoenix ME under a pre-construction services agreement for a 140 MW, two-building campus with a dedicated 140 MVA substation on a 14-acre site at Court Lane, Iver. Predevelopment works (site clearance, enabling works, utility diversions, environmental remediation) were stated to start on 1 July 2026, with practical completion targeted for Q4 2029. Trade press separately reported that Corscale was still to file for planning permission, so the consent position is unclear.
