Ada Infrastructure, owned by Ares Management, started construction in June 2026 on the first phase of its GRU10 campus at Franco da Rocha in Greater São Paulo, its first project in Latin America. Full build-out is up to three buildings totalling 300MW served by two local substations, with about R$2.7bn (US$520m) of investment through 2030. The first phase covers one building and one substation with an estimated 18-24 month construction period. Google is expected to occupy one of the data centres. The project was first announced in 2023 and grid connection approval came in 2025.
