Welcome to Issue 1 of Grok Bot Training.
This community exists for one kind of person: the small-business owner who has more email than hours, a calendar that runs them instead of the other way round, and a nagging feeling that an AI assistant could help, if only someone would show them where to start.
That's what these pages are for. No hype and no jargon, just practical habits you can try this week: how to hand your inbox triage to an assistant, how to let it draft the replies you keep putting off, and how to keep the decisions that should stay yours.
In this launch issue you'll find a lead feature on your first week with an AI assistant, a look at why some websites are closing their doors to AI agents, a member project, and an event worth your time.
Read it with a coffee. Try one thing. Then tell us how it went. This magazine gets better every time you reply.

One Thing to Try This Week
Before the next issue lands, pick one small job and give it to your assistant every single day. Make it the morning inbox summary, the end-of-day wrap-up, or the follow-up on unpaid invoices. Don't add more. Just notice: did it save time? Where did you have to correct it? What rule would have prevented that? Write your answer down and share it with the community. Your notes will shape Issue 2, and they'll help the next owner start faster.
