Working at an exciting stage of growth, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of older adults by improving the quality of care through innovative technology solutions.Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will lead the strategy and development of customer-facing web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams across the company, to ensure our solutions meet the needs of our clients and users.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn an end-to-end product line, including vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes; be accountable for line-level KPIs (adoption, retention, revenue/margin) and cross-functional execution.Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including feature planning, user story creation, and testingDefine and prioritize product features and releases based on customer needs and business objectivesPartner with UX/UI designers and conduct user interviews to ensure the product delivers an intuitive and user-friendly experienceConduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive product developmentMonitor product performance post-launch and continuously make data-driven improvementsKeep up to date with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure Sensi’s solutions stay at the forefront of the in-home care industryCollaborate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, CS, and other teams to ensure we are meeting the business needs
