Job Summary

The Field Service Technician plays a crucial role in providing technical support and service to customers in the AgTech industry. This position involves traveling to customer sites, conducting equipment installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and removal/relocation of equipment. This role serves as a key liaison between back office support and its customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the organization. ​

Provide fast and efficient customer service to end-users Provide system installations, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware Work closely with technical support team to solve technical issues Report accurate status of all required tasks Complete regular daily-assigned outdoor field work Adhere to geographic mobility between multiple locations per day Other duties, as assigned

Job requirements

Strong technical skills and problem-solving aptitude to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex machinery and equipment issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and effective customer interactions Possession of a valid driver's license and strong navigational skills to travel to customer sites Physical capability to pull, push, and lift objects weighing up to 75 lbs, as necessary for equipment installations and maintenance Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods during equipment maintenance Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and dusty environments Proficiency in navigating uneven terrain as required Competence in safely and effectively operating hand power tools, agricultural machinery, and vehicles

Work autonomously, with little guidance
