Software Engineer
Perspectives Health (YC S25, Chicago) is building an AI system that fights insurance denials in behavioral health. We work with some of the best addiction-treatment and mental health programs around the country to protect their revenue and keep patients from losing access to life-saving care. Our vision is to automate more and more of the back office until agents are running most admin processes, and we can start to have an effect on improving how care itself is delivered. We're looking for another software engineer to help us scale. You would be the sixth member of our team. We're looking for people who believe in the mission and have a track record of executing at the highest level — former founders, early hires at high-growth startups, fellowships like Z Fellows, YC alumni, etc. We want to take a bet on someone and have them bet on us too. You'll have meaningful equity and real ownership in what we build.
