About the role
You design, build, and deliver software that powers offgen's platform. As a Software Engineer, you'll work across the stack on reliable, scalable features and contribute to a codebase built for long-term quality.
Your responsibilities
— Feature Development: Build new product features end-to-end, from design through deployment. — Code Quality: Write clean, tested, and maintainable code and participate actively in code reviews. — System Design: Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions as the product evolves. — Debugging & Reliability: Investigate and resolve production issues quickly and thoroughly. — Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver cohesive user experiences. Your profile — 2+ years of professional software engineering experience. — Strong fundamentals in at least one backend or frontend language (e.g. TypeScript, Python, Go). — Experience with modern web frameworks and cloud infrastructure. — A product mindset — you care about what you build, not just how. — Good communicator who can articulate trade-offs and ask the right questions. — Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
