You will own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and others.Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget performance marketing campaigns across multiple social platformsSet KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of performance targetsAnalyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategiesMentor, and support a team of social user acquisition managersCollaborate cross-functionally with business, product, content, and creative teams to ensure alignment and drive growthStay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging media opportunities
