As we expand our operational capabilities, we are building a dedicated Tier 3 Integration & Support team focused on advanced troubleshooting, system integration, operational excellence and continuous improvement across customer deployments and internal systems. We are looking for a highly technical and operationally driven Tier 3 Integration & Support Engineer to join our Operations department. This role serves as the highest escalation level for complex technical issues involving autonomous drone systems, software platforms, networking, integrations and operational workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with hands-on system integration experience and cross-functional collaboration skills. You will work closely with Operations and R&D to ensure reliable system performance and successful customer operations.
