Key Responsibilities
• Creates PCBA schematics and layouts • Responsible for taking new electronic board concepts through all aspects of the development cycle, resulting in a producible and innovative system • Knowledge and ability to develop and integrate new and advanced boards in complex systems • Ability to identify design flaws and malfunctioning electronics and fix them • Assists in the development of test equipment and procedures for manufacturing support • Ensures a seamless transition from prototype to a fully developed and manufactured system • Design to military standards • Engages in and actively volunteers for continuous improvement projects/tasks • Able to travel infrequently Desired Skills • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required • 10 years of recent, related experience in board design and integration • Experience with Altium, and other electronic design CAD software • Aptitude for detail with the ability to work in a team environment • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks • Good communication (oral and written), and time management skills • Creative, self-motivated, and an independent thinker with a "can do" approach • Firearm and electro-optics experience is preferred Fill form to apply
