If you've worked with bookings, GDS systems, suppliers or agency back-office, you already speak our customers' language.What your day-to-day will look like✓ Be the go-to expert for complex customer issues across bookings, operations and back-office workflows✓ Build long-term relationships with travel agencies, tour operators and TMCs✓ Keep customers satisfied with professional, knowledgeable support✓ Manage the day-to-day operational side of your customer accounts✓ Mobilize internal teams (Product, R&D, QA) on behalf of your customers✓ Lead full system implementations on-site, from setup to go-liveWhat will make you stand out?✓ Experience in the travel industry: travel agency, tour operator, TMC, airline, hotel chain or travel-tech company✓ Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) or other booking and reservation platforms✓ Customer support, customer success or implementation experience in a B2B or SaaS environment✓ A technical mindset and strong problem-solving skills✓ Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and EnglishWhy join us✓ Turn your travel know-how into a tech career✓ Work with leading players in the travel industry
