Engagement Details: Retainership Fee: ₹30,000 per month Office Visits: 2 days per week (8 days per month) Location: Gurugram Sector 48 Key Areas of Expertise: Contract drafting, review, and negotiation Corporate governance and legal compliance B2B and B2C debt recovery, legal notices, and dispute resolution Cheque/NACH dishonour cases and litigation support POSH compliance, IPR, and company law matters Who Should Apply?
