STACK Infrastructure's AI data center campus on about 2,990 acres at the Southern Virginia Megasite at Berry Hill, Pittsylvania County. Local bodies approved a performance agreement on 18 May 2026 committing STACK to $100bn of investment and 2,500 jobs over 30 years; STACK confirmed on 30 June 2026 that it is proceeding after the state extended its data center tax exemption.
