The Board · AIT Journal, issue 2

Every community needs people who hold the line on quality, open doors and keep the lights on. AIT's board brings together four builders from four very different corners of tech: Microsoft community leadership, regulated-industry AI, cloud-native infrastructure and AI products for small businesses. Here they are, in their own public records.

Sameer Mhaisekar — The community engine#

Copilot consultant · Microsoft MVP · Founder of Experts Live India

Sameer has spent more than a decade in Microsoft monitoring, observability and AI. He started as a SCOM administrator at Tata Consultancy Services, built Azure hybrid-cloud training as a consultant at TopQore, and from 2023 to 2026 was a Developer Advocate at SquaredUp, the bridge between developers, product and users.

Since January 2019 he has run Experts Live India, a volunteer series of Microsoft community conferences, and he hosts the Experts Live India podcast. He is a three-time Microsoft MVP, now in M365 Copilot after Azure AI and Hybrid Cloud, and has received Microsoft's Azure Community Hero and Azure Content Hero badges. In October 2026 he took on leading Copilot India, the Indian arm of CopilotUserGroups.org, which meets on the first Saturday of every month. He speaks internationally on observability and AI, including at AI Community Days.

Superpower for AIT: turning a meetup into a movement. Copilot India and Experts Live India already have homes on AIT.

Gjorgji Dimitrov — The architect of trust#

CTO at GAIA Technology Systems · CEO of Qualimetrix

Gjorgji is an Amsterdam technologist working on agentic AI and security for regulated industries. In his words, he is "building the infrastructure that lets AI and software teams use sensitive data without surrendering control."

He is CEO of Qualimetrix, which, per its description, determines when original data is necessary, proves governed substitutes where it is not, and limits what execution environments can access. In September 2026 he joined GAIA Technology Systems as Founding CTO. GAIA is a boutique AI consultancy and the first Dutch company in the Reaktor Ecosystem, where he owns the technical vision and product strategy. Before that he co-founded the AI qualitative-research platform Convo as CTO and worked as a cloud architecture consultant at FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank. He holds a master's in computer science, and his GitHub lists cloud architecture, DevSecOps and full-stack engineering.

Superpower for AIT: making AI production-grade and safe with sensitive data.

Alessandro Vozza — Infrastructure for intelligence#

AI Architect at VOLT Data Centers · CNCF Ambassador · Golden Kubestronaut

Alessandro describes his path as "from research chemist to cloud architect to AI engineer." After years at Microsoft in Amsterdam, as Technical Evangelist, Principal Software Engineer and most recently Senior Solution Engineer for Cloud + AI, he left in September 2026 to become AI Architect at VOLT Data Centers, working where cloud native meets sovereign AI.

He is a Golden Kubestronaut, holding the full set of CNCF and Linux Foundation Kubernetes certifications, as well as a CNCF Ambassador and a certified trainer. He founded Kubespaces.io, leads Cloud Native Amsterdam and the Dutch Cloud Native + AI community, organises Kubernetes Community Days, and has been a tech lead at the CNCF TAG Environmental Sustainability. On the Amsterdam Data Academy podcast he argued that Europe needs to rebuild the skills to run its own AI infrastructure.

Superpower for AIT: sovereign, open, cloud-native infrastructure, and a community-organiser's address book.

Greg (Zvi) Uretzky — The builder in the engine room#

Founder of Klevox Studio · Co-founder of Aibuku

Greg is the hands-on builder behind AIT; the site footer reads "Built by Klevox Studio." Originally from Israel, he moved to the Netherlands and has spent nearly two decades in software, from enterprise monitoring at Clalit Health Services and TeamNetcom to building monitoring software in Amsterdam, then full-stack roles at SecuredNow, AutoFill Technologies and Spatialise.

In 2025 he founded Klevox Studio, an AI and automation consultancy for European businesses. In 2026 he co-founded Aibuku, which helps businesses make their services usable by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude, so customers can book, order and ask questions right inside the assistant. He is also an open-source contributor: his React Planner component for appointment scheduling has more than 400 stars on GitHub.

Superpower for AIT: shipping. Ideas raised in this community tend to become features.
