About the role
You’ll own a production-grade system, distilling ideas into features, designing the architecture, and moving to production. You’ll work at the backend and contract level, with occasional frontend excursions. Ownership is end-to-end. We want people who understand systems and not just components. We move fast: build, test, iterate.
Must have
3+ years of software engineering experience Hands-on experience building Web3 applications A systems mindset and a track record of taking products from concept to launch Initiative, independence and the ability to move fast as priorities change
Nice to have
Familiarity with DeFi
Experience with production-grade systems
