The role combines guiding customers through cloud migrations, collaborating with technical teams, and participating in operational projects and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to develop technical expertise in cloud services, gain hands-on experience in coordinating complex processes, and grow professionally in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Guide and coordinate customer migrations from on-premises environments to the cloud.
- Work closely with customers, partners, and internal technical teams.
- Monitor migration projects, identify blockers, and drive issues toward resolution.
- Assist internal support teams with cloud-related questions and technical inquiries.
- Participate in handling escalations and complex operational issues.
- Contribute to operational projects and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Technical background and basic understanding of IT systems, servers, networks, or information systems.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Priority ERP.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn independently.
- Ability to manage and coordinate tasks while working with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a troubleshooting mindset.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and stay organized.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in technical support, Help Desk, system implementation, or IT operations – Advantages.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases – Advantages.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS – Advantages.
- Experience working with business customers – Advantages.
- Familiarity with task management tools such as Jira – Advantages.
